Welcome to Midnight Konbini, operated by Eternal Thread ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products through it (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

  • Our products are decorative collectible items. They are not toys and are not intended for children. Each magnet contains a small rechargeable lithium battery and strong magnets — keep away from small children and pets, and never ingest magnets or batteries. If a battery or magnet is swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
  • We work hard to display our products accurately, but colors and brightness may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Minor variations are not defects.
  • All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Price changes don't affect orders already placed.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.
  • Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery, and lost-package handling.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return Policy, both available on this site and incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Midnight Konbini name, logo, packaging artwork, product photography, website content, and design are owned by Eternal Thread and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party trademarks that may appear on or in connection with products remain the property of their respective owners; no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is claimed or implied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the site, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to scrape, harvest, or misuse content or customer information.

7. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our products and marketing. You represent that you own the content you submit. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

11. Governing Law and Disputes
