Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your Midnight Konbini set, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in original condition, and in the collector's gift box. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (typically $5–7 via USPS).

How to start a return: Email us at info@eternalthread.co with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unrequested returns can't be matched to orders and can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Totally different story — email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you. No need to ship anything back unless we ask.

Gifts: If your set was a gift, we're happy to help with an exchange or store credit — just have the gift-giver's order number or email handy.

Exchanges: Fastest path is to request a return and place a new order once it's accepted — that way the item you want isn't out of stock by the time the exchange processes.

Refunds: Once your return arrives and is inspected (usually within 2 business days), we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email us and we'll chase it down.
